Filipino Club practice ended early, and I was so relieved that I told the kids:
Awesome. I can pack up and go on my date.
A date? What are you talking about? WHO are you dating? We thought you were married?
I am married, students.
Then who are you dating?
My wife.
That’s not a date!
Why not?
Dating is when it’s someone different!
And there you have it. Another rule to remember before you take your wife out on a, I mean, before you go eat together at a nice place to listen to nice music and enjoy each other’s company.
