Not just any kind of sauce. Video game sauce. I’m in so much trouble that right after I post this I’ll probably delve into the depths once more.

My name is Felix, and I’m a turn-based game a holic.

I picked up Galactic Civilizations II over the weekend, and I have to say: next turn, next turn, next turn. I’m so hooked on the game that even though I glued my eyes to the clock in the room it seemed like I blinked and it was 10:30PM last night.

The other evil thing? I don’t need the actual disc to play. So giving this bad boy away (like I did with Civilization IV, among other things) won’t solve my problem.

I should just exercise willpower. Or something.

But I’m not sick anymore and I’m feeling a little lax on the impulse control. And besides, I’d rather manage my addictions into positive behaviors (like this blog) rather than try to eliminate them cold-turkey.

So thank you, Stardock Games. I hate you so very much.
